Thurrock Council is working with councils in South Essex on a project to support the training of 650 people for jobs in the construction industry by 2020.

The SECTA Programme provides a range of interventions, from careers advice and employability to hands-on training and real-world experience, and is open to anyone aged 19 to 67. No appointment is necessary.
