Loughborough University has been crowned ‘University of the Year’ at the 2020 WhatUni Choice Awards and winner in both the ‘University Facilities’ and ‘Sports and Societies’ categories.
Our lovely 440 acre campus offers lots of green open spaces, landscaped gardens, woods, and is also home to the country’s largest concentration of world-class sporting facilities. All of this is interspersed with academic buildings and state-of-the-art facilities.
The campus itself has a lively atmosphere with more than 20,000 students and staff from over 130 different countries. There is a strong sense of community and a real buzz, just what you would expect from a university that continues to be popular in national and international student polls.
