The roles required to make it work
Administrators - Sending out emails and taking calls.
Managers - Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating department activities. Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Ensures a safe, secure, and legal work environment. Develops personal growth opportunities.
Support workers - providing physical support which may include helping with household tasks and personal care. Providing emotional support for an individual and their families. Supporting and helping with health care needs, including routine checks or administrating medication.
Domestic cleaners - High and low-level dusting. Cleaning of bathrooms. Cleaning of kitchen. Vacuuming. Mopping. Dusting and polishing of shelves, picture frames, units etc.
