What happens after I contact the team?
Step 1: Initial Engagement
The team will check your eligibility for the programme and answer any questions you might have.
Step 2: Vocational profiling
The team will help you identify what you want to achieve and work out a plan for getting there.
Step 3: Job matching
You will receive support in finding and applying for vacancies that meet your employment goals.
Step 4: Employment engagement
You will learn more about the job and work with the employer to put together a plan to support you through the recruitment process and in the workplace.
Step 5: On and off the job support
You will be supported in learning the job and sustaining employment. This could include coaching, training, mentoring, and workplace reviews.
