Online Courses for the workforce

Go-Train are now offering online learning for the existing workforce who are self-isolating or working from home, we can provide them with FREE training which they can access remotely with tutor support via video link.

  • Equality and Diversity

All of these courses are still 100% free and no charge what so ever for this service. All courses are accredited so will help with forwards staff CPD. This is still covered by the Government and the idea is to help support people while they are at home and help support employers at this time of need. These courses are open for anyone employed and looking to upskill.

Open University business courses

The Open University have launches courses consisting of free remote learning of 24 hours study over 8 weeks. 

After studying this course, you should be able to:

  • identify the strengths of resilient people and recognise which of these strengths you have already
  • recognise how the need for resilience varies in different occupational sectors
  • understand changing trends in the world of work
  • identify tactics for goal setting and overcoming setbacks
  • work with a model for career resilience and develop personal resources. 

The University of Essex are also offering two series of business webinars;

Breaking Business Barriers, to encourage entrepreneurs to understand how to grow a new business or scale an existing undertaking with investment; and

Business Resilience, coping in challenging times for all businesses.
